The pre-Christmas fundraising campaign of the Maristen-Gymnasium in Furth achieved the record result of 2100 euros this year. Students in class 5d alone collected around 600 euros (see picture). Proceeds will support repairs to two Marist schools in Haiti that were badly damaged by earthquakes and a hurricane. The collection, which has been held every year since 1995, is again handled by the further “Maristen Solidarity International e.V.”.
